Just to the left outside the entrance to Pablo Picasso’s Studio at 7 Rue des Grand Augustins, we came across an interesting piece of street art that resembled a young Picasso!    The studio is housed in an old 17th Century hotel which has a labrynth of rooms and small nooks which were transformed into different studios for painting, sculpting and engraving.  Picasso first worked in the studio in 1937 where he painted his masterpiece Guernica.     To reach Picasso’s attic studio, you to have to enter through the wrought iron gates, walk across a cobbled courtyard into an impressive entrance hall, then climb a steep spiral staircase to the top floor.
